We charge per gram of filament actually used, measured by slicing your file layer by layer, plus courier shipping to your PIN code and GST. There are no hidden setup fees. Sign in and upload a model to see your exact price in seconds; bulk orders earn automatic discounts up to 45%.

STL (binary or ASCII) and 3MF, up to 64 MB. 3MF is preferred because it carries units and transforms, so there is never ambiguity about scale.

PLA for prototypes, visual models and indoor parts, and PETG for functional parts that face heat, moisture or repeated stress. Both run through a calibrated 0.4 mm nozzle in a range of stocked colours. More materials are added as demand justifies them.

Our build volume is 256 x 256 x 256 mm. Larger designs can be split into sections and bonded; upload the model and add a note, and we will advise before printing.

The quote page shows a delivery date computed from our live printer queue, your part’s real print time and courier transit to your PIN code. Most orders dispatch within 2 to 4 working days from our Hyderabad farm and deliver across India a few days later.

Yes. We ship from Hyderabad, Telangana to every serviceable PIN code in India through courier partners, with the rate and transit time shown on your quote before you pay.

Yes. We accept international payments, so an overseas card works fine. The instant quote engine only prices Indian PIN codes, so email us your file and delivery address and we will quote the freight by hand. We do not handle customs: import duty, local taxes and clearance at the destination are yours to pay and arrange, the courier usually collects them before delivering, and we cannot estimate or refund them.

Expect roughly plus or minus 0.5 mm or 0.5% on any dimension, whichever is larger, with visible layer lines typical of FDM. Choose a finer quality preset for smoother surfaces, or tell us the critical dimensions in your order notes.

Prints that fail on our machines are reprinted at our cost before dispatch, so you never receive a failed print. All sales are final, but if a delivered part has a genuine quality defect, report it within seven days with photos and our team will review it for a reprint or refund. Transit damage is handled as a courier claim. See our refund policy for details.

Yes, every order gets a tax invoice. Registered businesses can enter their GSTIN at checkout; we validate it, including the check digit, before it goes on the invoice.

Uploaded models are private, never published, never used for anything except printing your order, and deleted on request. Email us before uploading if you need an NDA in place first.

Yes, up to 20 parts per order, each with its own material, colour, quality and quantity. Bulk discounts apply to the whole basket, so five different parts earn the same break as five copies of one.
